Who to contact:
For the vast majority of well-being concerns you will find the class teacher the best point of contact. Occasionally you may feel your concern has not been resolved. If this is the case your next step would be to contact the Phase Leader. The Phase Leaders are:Early Years, Mrs Holmes, Key Stage 1 (Years 1&2) Miss Laker, Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3&4) Mr Snow and Upper Key Stage 2 (Years5&6) Miss Skillen. If the Phase Leader is your child’s class teacher or if the matter remains unresolved then Mrs Campbell, Deputy Headteacher, would be your next point of contact. Finally if the matter cannot be resolved by Mrs Campbell then you should contact Mr Thomas, Headteacher. Please make sure that you follow these routes to enable us to best allocate our resources.
If your concern relates to a child protection concern please contact Mrs Campbell, our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
